What is the perfect weight?

Many women today have a "perfect" idea of weight in their heads, and most women have the same idea. The media is partially to blame for this, with their skinny models and photoshopped images. Truth is, the "perfect weight" is different for everyone. An adult woman 5'6" should have an average weight of between 120lb - 160lb, whereas an adult woman that is 6' should weight somewhere between 138lb - 179lb on average.

What is the perfect weight? Is there a perfect weight for everyone, or is the perfect weight different depending on who you are? Is the perfect weight that of the stick thin models that walk the cat walk, or is the perfect weight a healthy weight for you individually?
